he art of marble inlay or “Parchin kari” was introduced in India in the 17th century by the Mughals. The Mughals who were known for their great passion for art and architecture brought with them many different forms of art during their rule, which was the golden period of India’s architectural history.

Inspired by the Indian tradition of marble inlay art, we at Vardhman Marbles Arts & Handicrafts have created a range of products in different styles. Each of these, in turn, have been inspired by different themes. The marble inlay work, however, integrates each of these thematic styles in the sense that it acts as a common medium for the representation of their respective philosophies.

We bring you the finest artifacts from the Indian subcontinent. They are unique and carefully crafted by skilled artisans who have kept the glorious traditions of folk and indigenous arts and crafts alive.
